The Archive by Imtiaz: Unit Allocation Guidelines
Get ready for a seamless allocation experience at The Archive by Imtiaz! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the essential guidelines below before your scheduled appointment:
Arrival Time: Kindly arrive 1 hour before your scheduled appointment to complete check-in.
Confirmation: Allocation is confirmed upon signing the booking form within 4 hours of unit allocation and completing the down payment per T&Cs.
Queue Policy: If you miss your allocated appointment time, your token will be moved to the end of the allocation queue.
Token & Entry: Your token number and time slot will be shared separately via email. One entry is permitted per token, and a valid proof of identity is required.
Agents & Clients: Agents and clients must enter together and remain inside, as re-entry is not permitted.
Finalizing Bookings: Bookings must be signed and completed at the time of allocation to secure your unit.
