While we employ moderation guidelines, we do not guarantee and cannot be held legally or financially responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of independent broker listings, claims, or opinions shared in the news section.

• Sole Responsibility: Full legal, financial, and factual responsibility for any uploaded content belongs entirely and exclusively to the author/broker who published it.

• Enforcement Right: The Platform reserves the absolute right to monitor content, remove listings or articles, and suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these policies, without liability or obligation to provide a refund or prior warning.
